1. How long will I take till I get my order? Order delivery is between 8-12 weeks.
2. Can I speed up delivery? Yes, you can request a delivery date and pay an extra courier charge for faster deliveries. Please write to us at info@leebaron.ca or rojer.baron@gmail.com for details.
3. What payment forms do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, International certified bank drafts or direct TT to our account.
4. Do you offer a 100% money back refund for tailored clothing? There are generally no refunds for tailored clothing, however we do offer a 100% quality and satisfaction guarantee. If there are any problems with your clothing ie. The fit is incorrect, something is delivered not as you have ordered etc. we will re-make/recut, alter the clothing at NO COST to you. This means we may arrange a pick up of the clothing from you at OUR COST or provide you a refund for regular post if you send it back for alterations.
5. Do you ship internationally? Yes we can ship anywhere. However, please note if the postal service in your country is unreliable, we suggest you pay a little more and have your clothing shipped by courier.
6. Can I track my order status? We are currently making an order tracking system, but for now please write to us at info@leebaron.ca or rojer.baron@gmail.com and we will give you your order status.
7. I am a new customer who does not have any measurements with your company, what is the best way to buy a suit or shirt online? A good question! For shirts, we can recommend that you have your measurements taken using the measurement charts we provide. Taking shirt measurements is not difficult, but we STRONGLY recommend that you have a seamstress or local tailor do this for you. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO TAKE YOUR OWN BODY MEASUREMENTS! Unlike the many online tailoring companies who advertise everywhere, it is not advisable to have a ‘friend’ or spouse take your measurements and make a purchase unless they have experience taking body measurements . Pay the small fee to a local tailor and get this part done by a professional. We would rather NOT make your garment if you do not have a good measurement done. Once the measurements have been done, we recommend you send us a picture of how you would like to wear your suit or shirt. For example, take a picture of yourself in your best fitting suit and shirt and e-mail it to us. The very best way, is to send us a sample of your best suit or shirt and have us copy the fit. You can always tell us what needs to be improved on the sample you send For example : pants waist needs ½ inch or Jacket fits well but 1 inch too tight on chest etc.
8. Does the ONLINE TAILOR model work? We have been tailoring clothing since 1962 and with our experience and expertise, we simply cannot recommend that you buy tailored clothing without having your measurements taken by a professional . The ONLINE tailoring company (there are many of these) DON’T tell you that they have a 65% failure rate, in that only 35% of their clients are return clients. Our client return rate is 95%!! This is the way we think it should be for a personal tailored clothing manufacturer. Spending millions on marketing online and getting a 35% satisfaction rate is considered a great investment, so such firms will continue selling tailored clothing with the consumer taking the responsibility of simply taking their own measurements or using detailed measurements guides which they insist make measurement taking “easy”. Again, for shirts the process is much easier, but we would not recommend you simply self measure or have a friend do this for you and then order a suit, jacket, pant or coat. See question number 7 to get a good idea as to the best way to make a purchase if we are not there to take your measurements in person.
9. Some firms claim they digitize cutting patterns? Why? We have been doing this for several years now. Basically once your cutting pattern is made, we keep them all in digital form. A lot of companies are now using a cutting machine to cut your suit because they don’t have skilled cutters. We still use a Shanghai tailor who cuts your suit by hand and is skilled in this art for many years. By using a cutting machine, there are several aspects of your suit shape that cannot be properly tailored-but it does make processing much faster and cheaper. We refuse to cut corners in this way.
10. What if my clothing does not fit the way I like it to fit? If this happens, and it does happen 5% of the times, we will do everything to make sure the clothing fits well at NO COST to you. Your complete satisfaction is our absolute goal. We often have local alterations tailors you can visit to get your clothing fixed, or our representative will be in your area so you can see him to make adjustments. We may also need to collect the clothing from you for alterations-but this will not cost you anything at all. Once you make a purchase from us, you will not incur any further costs. Please let us know if there are any such issues within 30 days of receiving your clothing.
11. What kind of guarantee do you give on the clothing you make? We make sure that you are completely satisfied with your garments. Your garments should fit the way you like them to fit, the fabric quality and construction should be excellent so that nothing tears or falls apart soon after you wear the clothing. If something does go wrong, please let us know within 30 days of getting our garments and we will make sure it is corrected.
12. Will my clothing fit perfectly the first time? About 88% of the clothing we make fits well the first time. This is because we have several years experience in taking measurements and judging how you like to wear your clothing. However, it is possible that your clothing may not fit the way you like it to. There is also the possibility that we have made an error in judgement. In such cases, please work with us, and we will ensure that a correction is made and the proper measurements are recorded in your files. PLEASE BE PATIENT, it may take time to get your clothing to fit the way you like it. If you are in a rush, please buy ready wear garments.
13. How long will you keep my measurement files? We keep your measurements on file for seven years. Each time you order you get a new seven years of information storage.
14. Do you share our personal data with anyone else? Absolutely NOT. Your personal data is kept in our secure servers. We DO NOT share or sell this data. Your credit card information is destroyed after a certain period of time for safety.
15. Your company delivery time seems long. Why? Indeed, a delivery time of 8-12 weeks seems long. The reason for this is simple. Unlike other tailoring and manufacturing firms, it is VERY IMPORTANT that we treat our workers in the best possible way. We DO NOT overwork them. We give them proper rest and holidays and ensure that they are treated in strict accordance of International UN Convention regulations on human rights. We do NOT use child labor or illegal labor for production. Faster delivery provided by other companies often means forced labour and/or child labour is used for production and labour practices that fall far short of UN Human rights conventions. We are working to shorten delivery times and maintain our high moral production standards, but this will take some time to achieve.

Terms & Conditions
1. There are no refunds for tailored clothing.
2. Complaints must be brought to our attention within 30 days of receipt of your clothing.
3. Alterations and re-makes/repairs (if required) within the 30 day time frame are not charged provided the clothing has not been used. Please note there is a ½ inch + or- variable allowance for measurements.
4. Alterations may be done locally or in our workshop depending on what is required. It is possible that your clothing may not fit to your personal choice the first time. Please understand that this is a process which might require some adjustments and hence, may take some time to achieve the fit of your choice. For alterations that are more costly we shall do these in our own workshop. Please bring the items back to us.
5. Delivery times are approximate and delays in delivery due to customs clearance or courier deliveries and other issues that are not in our control may, at times,
occur. Should packages not be delivered to you because you are away, if these packages are sent back to us, you may be required to pay a re-send fee.
6. We charge in Hong Kong dollars and conversion rates may vary from day to day or according to the policies of your credit card issuing bank. Therefore, the conversion rates we give you are approximate values.
7. All packages/gift cards/special offers are on a per person basis.
8. All gift cards and special offers cannot be used in conjunction with each other.
9. Orders, once placed, cannot be cancelled.. Should you still wish to cancel, you may be charged 50% or more of the purchase price depending on how far along the order is.
10. Delivery of orders is done by local post or local courier companies. If you are not home during delivery times, a notice may be left at your door asking you to pick up your goods at the delivery centre or local post office. In some cases, you may be required to pick up goods from our showrooms.
11. For sizes that are larger than chest 52 and waist 48, there may be a surcharge due to increased fabric use.
12. We do not charge import duty or local taxes and these may be applied upon receipt of your goods. We are not responsible for these charges UNLESS SPECIFICALLY STATED.
13. Ladies clothing orders can only be accepted provided we have a well fitting garment to copy from. This garment must be in a non-stretch fabric and we will need to keep it for the full duration of the order.
14. For alterations done in your local country or city, we shall pay USD70/suit (maximum), USD 50 /jacket (maximum), USD20/pants (maximum) & USD15/shirt (maximum). If you require more extensive alterations, these shall be collected by us and done in our workshop and returned to you.
15. If you provide us with measurements to make your clothing, we shall make them to the best of our ability and judgement. We cannot, however, take responsibility for the accuracy of measurements not taken by us or our agents and shall therefore be unable to guarantee the proper fit of your clothing.
